Standard model guitars may be returned for 100% refund within ten days of purchase in original condition and with unregistered warranty. Standard model guitars may be exchanged for another of the same model within fifteen days of purchase in original condition and with unregistered warranty. Standard model guitars, both new and used, are eligible for buy back at 100% of original purchase price without time limit (if in excellent condition with normal wear) toward the purchase of a model valued at least $100.00 more than the original price paid. We can extend the buy back offer to each customer no more than one time per year. Custom built and special order guitars are not eligible for the buy back program, but standard models may be used toward the purchase of special order and custom guitars. Special order and custom guitars require a non-refundable 10% down payment due when order is placed. Special order and custom guitars may be returned for exchange or refund at 90% of original value for exchange (build the guitar again) or 80% of original value for refund. You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with any exchange or refund.
